Building a body you are proud of is much more than having six pack abs or a peachy bum. It is about looking in the mirror and being proud of what you see. It is about feeling comfortable in your own skin and it is about feeling confident in who you are.

This may come in many different forms for people. It may be fitting into those clothes you have always wanted to wear or it may be walking down the beach in your swim wear with your head held high.

For years I was lost. I had no idea what I wanted but I just knew I didn't want the life I was living. From the outside everything looked great; I was a great sports player, an International School teacher living in a foreign country, with a big social circle.


The problem was that this wasn't the life I wanted. I was so low on confidence, I was afraid to express my opinion and I didn't know why I was feeling the way I was feeling. 

I had no idea what I wanted from life, I felt like I had no identity and I was just someone who followed what the crowd did.

When I started to learn about myself; everything changed. I was more confident, self assured and driven that I had ever been before and had achieved more in 4 years that I had in my whole life. Everything started to make sense for me.

My problem with alcohol was that I knew it was holding me back from being confident and living the life I wanted to live.

I was scared to stop because I felt that I would lose all my friends, never meet a girl and that my life as I knew it would be over.

I couldn’t have been more wrong.


Quitting alcohol for a period of time was the start of my life; I found a new career, found a beautiful girlfriend, got myself shredded and I am building the lifestyle I have always wanted.
